Music is art of the moment in time
No matter what I do, whether I’m making a song of my own or I’m scoring for an experimental fashion movie, I do it with an idea in mind of creating something of higher nature. Music is an art of a moment in time. And when my art has a moment to be presented, it must transcend and challenge the listener. Just like Bill Evans said: "Music should enrich the soul; it should teach spirituality by showing a person a portion of himself that he would not discover otherwise.
